We collect and use this data for the purposes of carrying out our role and function as a Supporters’ Society. We do not make this data publicly available as we hold the data for business use with our members and those with whom we engage and work. Some of the data we hold may already be publicly available in any case eg via organisational websites.

We are provided with information on a voluntary basis by either organisations or by individuals.

We hold the information for the time that we need to use it for business purposes. Information is held securely. On occasions some information is retained in paper files. We do not share or use information for direct marketing purposes and we do not use data to enable decisions to be taken by automated means.

We share information with organisations and individuals for business purposes relating to the functions of the Supporters’ Society.
