The Trust held its’ AGM on 9 August 2022, at which some Board Directors stepped down from their role and some new Board Directors were elected.
All roles on the Board are voluntary and, as such – combined with the summer holidays and work commitments – it has taken several weeks for the new Board to establish individual roles and to decide on a way forward for the Trust.
It is worth noting that the minimum of six Directors were elected, so available resources for carrying out Trust activities is limited. However, the Board is happy to report that there have been four individuals that have come forward to help and they have all been elected by the Board as co-optees.

The aims of the Trust have been reviewed and they remain broadly similar to the aims that were approved by the previous Board. The new Board is keen to focus on two keys areas in the short term, specifically:

The new Board wishes all our members – and the wider Wednesday family – well. It is great to see the Club near the top of the League One table and also perform well in both the League Cup and FA Cup.
