Trust Statement – ST Rebates

The Trust welcomes an official club statement about 2019/20 season ticket rebates. Fans deserved an update and explanation, something we have consistently suggested during informal discussions in the last few weeks.

The statement confirms everyone requesting one will receive a refund, but says demand was higher than expected, contributing to the delay.

With that in mind, we have already initiated discussion about the 20/21 refund in a bid to inform the club's approach. We have shared Trust research showing the offer made to supporters by other Championship clubs, many of whom have a more generous scheme than the one currently offered by SWFC. That research is now available on our website.

Whilst acknowledging the considerable challenges all clubs face, we will continue to make representations on behalf of members and the wider SWFC fan-base, many of whom we know face financial challenges of their own
